CHOOSING A CAMERA AND CONTROLLER
FOR SINGLE FRAME PHOTOGRAPHY
16 and 35mm cameras set up to expose one frame at a time in a stop motion or animation mode comprise these elements:
1. The camera
2. The drive mechanism
3. The intervalometer controls the time between exposures
For 16mm cameras, we recommend the Mitchell Professional, the Arriflex S or M, the Bolex RX4, RX5, or SBM.
For 35mm cameras, we offer the Mitchell Standard and Mark 2, the Arriflex 3. For intervalometers, we offer Norris, Gordon/NCE and Cinematography Electronics. |

| This is our most popular camera for stop motion photography and must be used with the Norris single frame controller for animation. 100' capacity, 3 lens turret, 16mm, 25mm and 50mm lenses, matte box, 12V variable speed motor at 6 to48 fps or 8V DC constant speed motor at 24 fps, 2 power cables and case. Accepts Arriflex Standard or B mount lenses. |

| NORRIS SINGLE FRAME SYSTEM |

The Norris single frame system enhances the performance of the Arriflex motion picture camera. A standard 16V DC 4 amp hour nicad battery belt powers the system for over 12 hours with an interval of one second. The standard crystal controller has two modes of operation; manual and intervalometer. Crystal timed shutter speeds, for 1/16 second to 8 minutes 53 seconds, in 1/16 intervals.
Intervals from 1 second to 60 hours with selections of 1 to 15 frames per pulse is available. Includes capping shutter. Inquire about special for rates for long-term rentals |
