The Minicam-16, exclusively re-manufactured by Alan Gordon Enterprises, is the ideal camera for point-of-view cinematography. This classic Bell & Howell GSAP 16mm camera has been modernized for today’s action filming. Frame rates are 24 or 48 fps and a special shutter is available for sharp photography even under heavy vibration conditions.
Lightweight and easily packed into a camera bag, the Minicam-16 is frequently mounted onto a helmet for exciting racing, skiing, bob sleding, boating and skydiving shots. The camera is also easily mounted onto the sides of autos, bikes, airplanes, helicopters and boats for those unusual point-of-view sequences coveted by sports directors.
